Recently out or thinking about coming out? Or...maybe just having a hard time locating others like you? Try finding an LGBTQ Community Center in you community.

When I first decided to embrace who I was, I went to The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada (www.thecenterlv.com). They had various groups for youth, mature women, mature men, transgender and lesbian. I started attending the L-Group on Friday nights. I met women to hang out with (outside of group) and I even ended up meeting my soul-mate there. Yay me!
