Another one of my absolute favorite movies. Whenever I'm just in the mood to be reminded of the genuine definition of being a lesbian I turn to this movie. All three stories on this DVD are emotionally engaging from beginning to end. If you haven't seen this movie, what are you waiting for?
The first story I believe is the most sad story, but very true. You can see and feel the love that is shared between the two, and the misunderstanding of the society in those days. My partner and I couldn't help but cry at the end. It's so sweet, so touching, so sad.
The middle story leaves one to wonder every time you watch it. Once again, featuring my one chick from "But I'm A Cheerleader".
But, none of it compares to the very last section. The most modern, the most relevant in our society today. Let's talk about what makes a family.
I love all three of these stories...as a matter of fact, think I'm going to watch them again now.
