What is this site about?

This site is for you. This is a community you build with your thoughts, your comments, your poems, well..... just you! We are here to build a group of support for all walks of life. It's for lesbian, gay, straight, trans gender, EVERYONE!

What can I do on here?

The answer is PLENTY! Feel free to browse the articles and the message board. If you become a member, you can create a profile, post articles, upload videos, comment on articles, add your own artwork, or blog (express yourself). Be sure to check out our Rainbow Writers section at the top of the page.

How do I become a member?

It's easy! Just go to our registration page and fill it out. No fees, no checks, nothing!

I'm a member. Now what?

Now that you're a member, go out and GET CONNECTED! You can also upload photos to your photo gallery, or contribute to the site by adding photos, articles, poetry, stories, and more! You can also participate in the forms, instead of just viewing them.

Connections are our way of saying "GET CONNECTED" and make friends!

How do I make a connection?

1. Browse for members by clicking on the link at the top of the menu bar


2. Find a member you like? Click on their profile


3. Above their picture you'll see a link that says CONNECTIONS. Click on "request connections".


4. To manage your connections, click on the word CONNECTIONS above your profile picture


5. Find the person you want to approve and click on the green arrow

Rainbow Writers?

Yeah! This link is where you really get to BE YOU! You can copy and paste your poetry, short stories, jokes, or more to the actual site for everyone to see! Get feedback, comments, and even new friends!

How do I "express myself"?

When you log-in to your account, click on the link that says "RAINBOW EXPRESSIONS". There will be another link that allows you to "SUBMIT YOUR WRITTEN WORD". Just copy and paste, or type it in, and PRESTO! You're part of the community!

This link contains music, videos, and games. Just check them out if you're looking for more things to do.

Can I add videos?

YES! If you are a member of the site, you can add videos to the site by copy and pasting the URL of the video you want to add. For example, if you want to add a youtube video:

1. Find the youtube video


2. Copy the URL from the address bar at the top of your browser


3. Paste the URL into the input box of the video player (must click on add videos button)

That's all it takes!

What is the calendar?

The calendar to the left highlights different days that a user has submitted an event the whole site should know about. If you are a member, you may add events by clicking on the CALENDAR link and then the green plus symbol.

Can I post events to the calendar?

Yes. If you are a registered member. Once you have logged in, you can add events to the calendar by either clicking on the link to your left that says "Add Event" or from the drop down on the top menu button "Events" It is best to enter the venue first before entering the event.

Resources is becoming an increasing number of links to the GLBTQ community.

How can I add a resource?

Make sure you fill out the form provided under the Resouces tab. Then someone will get back to you about the details in less than 24hrs.

User Points?

User points given for doing certain actions on the site. Reading articles, posting comments, submitting emails, and more actions can boost your user points. User points will be used to buy gifts for other members, but for now, you can earn special awards just for being you.
