Ask Lola the Sexpert

Does this mean I'm Bi?

Dear Lola,

I'm a new lesbian. I've just come out of the closet almost two years ago and I can't imagine why I didn't do it sooner. I have a wonderful partner that treats me like a princess, and I love her with all my heart. However, she suggested something that kind of worries me...we started introducing strap-ons into our bedroom. I really really like it....perhaps a little too much? Should I be worried that I like it..and that it actually makes me bi?

Pennny-trateme

Dear Penny-trateme,

No, you shouldn't be worried at all. Gay or straight, we all are a sexual beings with parts that enjoy stimulation and pleasure.

What makes you a lesbian is the fact that you are physically attracted to and spiritually love women. We come in all forms and enjoy different ways of pleasuring ourselves and others...and none of it is wrong. There are many ways to make love and just because you like strap-on penetration doesn't make you any less of a lesbian. Some would even argue that it makes you more of one, but I digress.

When your girlfriend straps-up, she is not turning into a man, but rather adding an element to pleasure not only you, but herself! It's not a selfish one-sided pleasure for you only. Oh no, it's quite the contrary. The strap-on is an extension of her, bringing her closer to you. How great is it when she's entering you and also feeling the pressure and pleasure of it? For her, it feels as if she is actually penetrating you herself.

Forget the naysayers, embrace the act and have fun!

Lots of Love,
Lola
